Our primary focus is children and seniors, but we serve entire communities through educational workshops, oral care, and empowerment programs for families and adults.

Smiles Foundation USA operates in the United States. Its activities focus on fundraising, donor engagement, partnerships, and logistical support, including the collection and shipment of dental and medical supplies. Smiles Foundation USA does not operate clinics or direct service programs abroad.

In the Dominican Republic, on-the-ground programs — including permanent dental clinics, mobile units, health education, vocational training, and community wellness initiatives — are operated and administered exclusively by the independently incorporated Dominican charitable organization, Fundacion para la Prevencion y la Salud Bucal de los Ninos, Inc.

While the organizations collaborate in support of shared humanitarian goals, each entity is legally separate, independently governed, and operates under the laws and regulations of its respective country.
